IT assistance is a service that is only coordinated by DMC. All IT consultancy is provided by the DMC affiliate, Douglass Technologies Incorporated ("DTI"). DTI was one of DMC's first customers. From hardware repair and selection to custom-designed information systems, DTI provides any and all services needed for DMC's clients. DMC, through DTI, provides a "turn key" network solution that is so low cost that even a small company can generally afford the service.
